RESERVATION POLICIES:

Appointment must be scheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment time. You have the flexibility to make your next appointment during your visit, online or by calling our office.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

*HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND NOT BE CHARGED: Cancel 24 hours prior to appointment time by calling and leaving a voicemail or notifying a staff member. Email and social media cancellations will not be honored.

*HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND BE CHARGED: If your appointment requires a non-refundable deposit and you do not show up. Or if you call or reschedule your appointment without 24 hour notice.

CHECK-IN:

Late Arrivals : If you are going to be late, please give us a call. More than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. If your appointment requires a deposit, the deposit will be applied to your appointment and cannot be refunded or applied towards another appointment.

FACILITIES:

Positive Vibes Only! We only allow positive human beings inside of our Cache’.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All clients/customers or patrons of Bella Cache’ or its affiliates are required to disclose any and all health related current or past health history. A complete health history is needed prior to receiving any service in or at Bella Cache’. If you are sick, please call to cancel your appointment and you can return only when you are free of any signs or symptoms for 24 hours. If you are under doctors care for any and all health issues, you are required to submit a clearance from your physician prior to receiving any service at Bella Cache’ or purchasing any product. Please consult with your physician prior to beginning any weight loss, wellness program. Bella Cache’ staff, management and/or affiliates have a right to refuse services based on professional judgment.
